This summer we are extending an open invitation for change makers, neighbors and organizations to participate in our creative collaborative building sessions, events and projects leading up to this year’s Emergent Berlin Festival of sustainable initiatives running from September 2 until 10.
This week will involve working on two major collaborative projects that will be continuously documented in the main space:
1) Continue building and detailing elements of the Baumhaus space working on a wide variety of projects that involve basic wood working & finishing (The Main Tree), sewing & working with fabrics (Art Curtains), ceramic mosaic design & installation, wood mosaic design & installation plus other small projects.

2) Organizing the Emergent Berlin Festival & Program – presentations, workshops, discussions, games, pitches, art & design, celebrations, salons, films & music, movement & other great ideas we come up with!
• This year’s main theme – “Convergence” – coming together with the goal of developing active collaborations that produce more practical sustainable impact in Berlin and beyond.
We will explore and experience how can we efficiently activate more of Berlin’s human potential to bring more balance into our worlds personally, ecologically, aesthetically, culturally, economically and socially (p.e.a.c.e.s.).
