• This Spring we are hosting several workshop sessions to get the vertical garden in the front room finally installed!  Check our event page for updates.

• Community Night has gotten tastier since chef Marvin joined the team with his special sustainable spice collection and cooking strategies.  Check our event page for details about up coming workshops.

(ENG) Pre-Spring Planning

Along with our monthly community nights we are planning to pick back up the installation of our vertical garden in the front room of the Baumhaus.  This involves sewing some more fleece pockets, building some lightweight wooden frames, planting some test plants in pockets and starting to install the watering system.  First meeting is on Sunday 24.03. at 12:00 in the Baumhaus.

Exciting week for the second Switch Diet Consortium Meeting at Baumhaus Berlin, the Food Hub of the SWITCH project CMCC Climate ! 🌍

More than 40 people from 20 European partners, each with his unique and valuable background and expertise👩‍🌾🧑‍🏫🙋
Engaging in sessions on co-creation explored regional barriers and solutions through dynamic discussions on future strategies.

🚀 Innovative technologies and apps for sustainable food systems took the spotlight.

Our Food Hubs were at the heart of the discussion, fostering intensive co-creation of activities.
